Gilliam and Sons Incorporated is a well-established "A" licensed general contractor with 30+ years of
experience. Located in Bakersfield and working throughout California. GSI has provided a range of
services including residential and commercial site development, building demolition, landfill operations,
oil well locations at Elk Hills for 20+ consecutive years, turnkey-subdivisions.(We normally perform all
earthwork with our own equipment and subcontract the concrete, asphalt work.)
Founded by Bill W. Gilliam in 1969, as a one-man, one-machine operation, Gilliam and Sons has grown to
be one of the recognized leaders in the grading and demolition business.
Our modern, well-maintained equipment, excellent safety record, and skilled operators, combined with
competitive rates, means that we can provide an excellent service for the construction industry.
